Sales Manager Finland & Baltics – Join Snellman Petfood’s Growth Journey
Do you have a passion for animals, quality, and building successful partnerships? Snellman Petfood – the Nordic leader in fresh food for dogs and cats – is looking for an ambitious Sales Manager for Finland & the Baltics. In this key role, you’ll shape our growth in Finland while leading our expansion into the Baltic markets.

Your mission
As Sales Manager, you will be the driving force behind our sales strategy and execution. You’ll lead our Finnish sales operations and spearhead exports to the Baltics, while working closely with our marketing team to create impactful campaigns. Your responsibilities will include:
•    Leading and developing our sales in Finland and the Baltics
•    Setting and delivering on sales targets, budgets, and forecasts
•    Winning new business and nurturing existing accounts
•    Building long-term partnerships with key retailers and distributors
•    Establishing and growing export sales in the Baltic region
•    Tracking performance and reporting results to the Sales Director

What you bring
We’re looking for someone with proven success in sales, ideally within grocery, specialty retail, or the pet food sector.

You combine strategic thinking with a hands-on approach and have the ability to inspire and lead. You are fluent in Finnish and English (Swedish is an advantage) and bring strong commercial acumen as well as a data-driven mindset. Above all, you thrive in an entrepreneurial environment and enjoy taking ownership of results.
