Connections between people are a top priority for us. The barrier to socialising is low, and many stories of past conversations are still told today. The number of people in the corridors has grown, and we may no longer know everyone personally, but everyone is greeted and a smile is returned with a smile.
As the company has grown, we now come together in different ways. As well as daily coffee and lunch breaks, we spend time together through various team-building days. The company also organises wellbeing events, friendly competitions, lectures and open days.
